Financial funding package and development of 40,000 sq ft sports hall and associated sports facilities, working in partnership with the school and the Department of Education. Facilities included a café, 6 lane athletics track, a 6 court indoor Badminton hall and a 60 station fitness centre.

Acquisition of 6-acre former DuPont site, and redevelopment to provide state-of-the-art 110,000 sq ft Company Head-Quarters, comprising distribution warehouse, retail showroom, and executive offices.
