Development of Business Park with units ranging from 6,000 to 25,000 sq.ft, in partnership with South East England Development Agency.  Instructed to utilise the highest level of environmental sustainability, incorporating green technologies including solar panels, wood burning and wind generated power.

N&C GROUP HEAD-QUARTERS
CHADWELL HEATH, ESSEX

Financial funding package and development of 40,000 sq ft sports hall and associated sports facilities, working in partnership with the school and the Department of Education.  Facilities included a café, 6 lane athletics track, a 6 court indoor Badminton hall and a 60 station fitness centre. 

Value = £5 million

Acquisition of 6-acre former DuPont site, and redevelopment to provide state-of-the-art 110,000 sq ft Company Head-Quarters, comprising distribution warehouse, retail showroom, and executive offices.
