Heathlane Properties Ltd consists of a mix of residential and commercial properties based in Kent with an overall asset value of £2 million and a rental income of £100,000 per annum.

Neilson Project Services (NPS) manage the active portfolio which includes tenancy renewals, leasehold/freehold sales and acquisitions, maintenance and condition inspections, schedule of works and rent reviews.

Financially we manage the portfolio, keeping tight credit control on all income and expenditure from debt collection, small claims court and if necessary taking the appropriate legal action through to a County Court possession order.

Day Flats Residents Ltd, Islington

On behalf of Day Flats Residents Ltd, Neilson Project Services (NPS) are retained as property managers of 86 residential flats in Islington and Highbury.

Day-to-day management includes maintenance and repair of the building fabric and common parts, servicing of the utilities, internal and external redecoration, landscaping, insurance matters and the collection of Ground Rent.

Our building surveyors provide Day Flats Residents with condition schedules, 3-5 year planned maintenance programs, annual health and safety reports, gas and electricity testing, water tank chlorination, and ensure all statutory and RICS regulatory checks are implemented.

All major works or consultancy services outside of the Management Agreement are dealt with in-house to ensure continuity by our dedicated team of Building Surveyors, including Project Management and Cost Appraisal, Program of Works, Party Wall matters and Planning Consultancy.

NPS attend the Day Flats AGM, and quarterly Residents Board meetings outside of normal working hours with a submission of a quarterly maintenance and condition report.
