Land Property Holdings

Land Property Holdings Ltd consists of a mix of residential and commercial properties with a value of £4.5 million and a rent income of £250,000 per annum.

NPS Property Management actively manage the portfolio including tenancy renewals, leasehold/freehold sales and acquisitions, maintenance and condition inspections, schedule of works and rent reviews.

Financially we manage the portfolio, keeping a tight credit control on all income and expenditure from debt collection, small claims court and if necessary taking the appropriate legal action through to a County Court possession order.

We also project manage redecoration and refurbishment, and obtain Building Regulations and Planning consents where required.
