Canterbury High School, Canterbury

Working in partnership with Canterbury High School and the Department of Education Land Group developed a 40,000 sq ft sports hall and associated sports facilities.

The Development was undertaken as a PFI in conjunction with the Ballast Wiltshire and was a pathfinder PFI project for the Department for Education and Science.

Facilities include a café, 6 lane athletics track, a 6 court indoor Badminton hall and a 60 station fitness centre.

The £5m scheme was financed by Ash Corporate Finance, the National Lottery, and the Department for Education and Science.

The project management was undertaken by the Land Group through Neilson Project Services Ltd.

Contemporary Urban Centre, Liverpool

On behalf of the registered charity Novas Scarman Group, Neilson Project Services (NPS) has recently been awarded the property management of the Contemporary Urban Centre (CUC) Liverpool, L1.

The CUC is 110,000 sqft Grade II Listed converted warehouse within the prestigious Liverpool Docks Regeneration area.

The centre has been converted to form a mixed use building including serviced office accommodation, Wedding/Conference venue, fully fitted theatre, 400 seat cinema and retail bar and restaurant units.

NPS’s responsibilities include managing the marketing and lettings strategy together with facilities and property management, retaining the existing workforce at the Centre. In this later role NPS undertake all invoicing and credit control on income and x`expenditure.
